What is SignFlows?

SignFlows is a digital signing tool that allows multiple users to sign documents – either simultaneously or in a predefined sequence. It is designed to optimize approval processes and reduce the need for manual document handling.

Do I need a digital identity to use SignFlows?

Yes, to sign legal documents, a valid digital identity (such as a qualified electronic signature) is required.

Does SignFlows produce legally valid documents?

Yes. SignFlows complies with eIDAS or ZertES standards, and when using qualified signatures, it produces legally binding documents.

What types of documents can I sign using SignFlows?

You can use SignFlows for any documents that require legal validity, which covers a wide range of business documentation: electronic invoices, contracts and agreements, HR (Human Resources) documents, purchase orders, and travel orders.

Can SignFlows be integrated with my existing business systems?

Yes, the on-premises deployment option is built for easy and flexible integration with your current digital environment. You can integrate it with existing systems such as Document Management Systems (DMS), eArchives, Microsoft SharePoint, Accounting, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. APIs allow you to automate document signing workflows directly from your internal applications and automatically return signed contract data back to those systems.

How does Vizibit’s pricing model for SignFlows work? Are there different packages or feature tiers?

To electronically sign advanced and qualified documents, you must register and obtain a digital identity. There are several valid methods of identification and registration in accordance with EU and Swiss legislation.
